What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, design, and design oversight for electrical and control system projects
- Complete technical electrical and control system design projects
- Edit and write electrical specifications
- Create electrical load summaries and circuit schedules
- Coordinate electrical system design with customers, contractors, and staff
- Serve as project manager or lead designer on assigned projects
What You Bring
Requirements
Required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer or designer in detailed design and project delivery
- Experience designing various types of electrical systems and automated control systems
- Previous project management, engineering, and consulting experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (Article 500 familiarity a plus)
Preferred
- Fully proficient with computer systems and design engineering software including drafting and design applications
- Ability to produce quality written work products including reports, project plans, and specifications
- Experience participating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork
- Local project experience preferred
