Project Overview
The Challenge
Clark Regional Wastewater District needed to evaluate and implement permanent standby power improvements at seven of its pump stations. The District required a comprehensive assessment of existing conditions, generator sizing, and a clear path forward for upgrading critical infrastructure to ensure reliable operations during power outages.
Our Approach
The Solution
Industrial Systems completed a two-phase effort to address the District's needs.
**Phase 1** involved verifying conditions, sizing generators, reviewing record drawings, and producing a technical memorandum with recommended approaches and cost estimates.
In **Phase 2**, the District moved forward with finalizing permanent generators and transfer switches at three of the pump stations. IS provided electrical and control system design, verified site conditions, and produced complete drawing packages at the Draft and Final stages. Updated cost opinions, specification editing, and final phase support were also provided.
